Thad is a serial entrepreneur that has over 20 years in the insurance industry and several years in the real estate investment world. He is the founder of www.theagentcenter.com which is a central clearing house for agents to get ideas on how to increase their income and create wealth both inside of their agencies as well as outside of their agencies.

Thad graduated from Denison University with a degree in Economics and a Minor in Spanish. He was an All-American Football player and his senior year was voted the MVP (Most Valuable Player) on their 10-0 football team. Thad half-jokingly says that winning is his only option at whatever he pursues because WIN is in his name..WINston.

This winning attitude and tradition is how Thad approaches everything he does. He does not have to be first, but he does need to be in front of whoever is in second!

Thad attributes his attitude for winning to his parents -his father the late Thomas E. Winston and his mother Charlene Winston. They both instilled confidence in the midst of a poverty household. And Thad's mom, Charlene is who he attributes his noted great sense of humor.

Thad has had several mentors and role models in addition to his family including, but not limited to Rev Charles W. Noble Sr., David S. Hampton, Lloyd 'Merlin' Irvin, and of course the "Professor of Harsh Reality" the Legendary Marketing Guru Dan Kennedy.

Thad loves to tell the story when Dan Kennedy called Thad a "Damned fool". It was the beginning of a life changing relationship. It changed Thad's life for the better, but you will have to ask Dan whether he thinks his life changed for the better or not. Thad is a constant student and voracious listener of CD's, Tapes, Audio downloads etc...Thad's kids have dubbed his audio materials as 'more of that boring stuff that Daddy ALWAYS listens to'. Thad is also an avid reader and a confessed Mastermind & Seminar 'junkie' that is always in search of the 'slight edge' that is often revealed only to those who pursue the 'edge' on a constant and consistent basis. Thad has invested more in his business education since graduating from college than the combined four years of college costs. Life's education is never over.

Thad and his wife Cindy enjoy spending time shuffling their kids to the various activities and assisting in the coaching when possible. They have 6 kids. Ashtin Romesburg, Christian Robertson, Grant Robertson, Destiny Winston, Thad Winston II, Ciahnna Winston.
