From A Dan Kennedy Independent Business Advisor Thad Winston
Who Else Wants To Discover The Secret Of Creating True Wealth?
Is Your Business or Sales Position On Sinking Sand…Or A Solid Foundation?
There is a solid foundation on which all marketing for every business or sales career should be built¦
Dan Kennedys Famous Marketing Success Triangle is like a 3 legged stool. If you remove any one of the three legs and the stool will not work. Likewise, If you get any one of the three sides of the triangle wrong –your marketing will NOT work effectively.
The Formula: RIGHT Message + RIGHT Markets (Targets) + RIGHT Media = RIGHT RESULTS
Heres another way to look at it…
Message + Market + Media CAN EQUAL SYSTEM(S). That makes sense doesnt it. Then why dont more people use this?
Its Not Your Fault!
Unfortunately Most business owners marketing and most salespeoples prospecting consists of RANDOM ACTS with unpredictable results. Which is why your success often cannot be repeated!
But the GOOD NEWS is You CAN create Marketing SYSTEMS that are:1. Repeatable2. Predictable3. Controllable
Whats The Danger Of Not Having A System?
A Paraphrasing from David Sandler says it best:…If you do not have a SYSTEM for advertising, marketing and selling¦.for attracting and securing favorable interest from ideal prospects¦..for then selling in a competitive vacuum, you are at the mercy of the prospects systems for shielding himself, for NOT buying…
Where Does WEALTH Actually Come From?
A Secret Main Ingredient = SYSTEMS
And Here are some CLASSIC examples:FordAssembly line: system for mfg. Dealerships:system for sales
McDonaldsFood service: system for consistency and efficiencyFranchising: system for fast growth and real estate
DominosFirst to crack the code: a system for delivery
I Know, I know, Youre saying… “Im NOT a big company so that wont work for me….OR Will It? Are You Sure? Want a simple example of how you can create your own system?

Thad,
Thank you for the great tips this past Tuesday at breakfast. I was initially skeptical about Dan Kennedy and the regional marketing groups. I was pleased to see that it is not some sort of pyramid scheme but a network of people genuinely interested in seeing each other succeed through simple knowledge transfer. The biggest take away that I have learned this month is how important it is to have a list of prospective customers, not just current customers. With a prospect list, not only can you market to them, you can also find out why they didn’t buy and then change your product so they do buy! Thanks Thad, you truly are a marketing genius.
